Marsh + Mane is a Philadelphia based female owned beauty supply store. I haven’t been to the physical store, but after finding out that they offer delivery, I decided to give them a try. I purchased a scalp oil, body wipes for men, and one of my new favorite all natural, non-toxic deodorants!
The deodorant is also from a black owned brand called Piper Wai. I love the smell, packaging, and ingredients used in the product. It’s also vegan, cruelty-free, aluminum free, and free of parabens. Finding natural deodorant can be a challenge because a lot of products have baking soda in them, but while researching different brands, I’ve noticed many reviews stating that people have allergic reactions to it. The Piper Wai deodorant has activated charcoal as the main ingredient, which is great for absorbing moisture and odors. This deodorant also has coconut oil, eucalyptus, and other essential oils. I’d certainly recommend this deodorant to anyone looking to make the switch to natural, but is overwhelmed by the number of options out there.
